In a number of services, we provide skills transfer and experience training to help customers understand the management and troubleshooting skills of the A10 device.
On-site technical service
Resident engineer. When the customer has insufficient manpower in network management, the resident engineer service can be selected. Each service support engineer is an A10 technology and solution expert who can quickly and efficiently eliminate system problems, optimize services, and respond to customers' daily operations and business development needs.
Implementing installation services
Every business has different needs, so we offer a variety of different content implementation service packages, from which you can choose the service that best meets your needs, such as one-time installation or complete network design support services.

The service is completed at the customer's site by experienced A10 service support consultants with extensive industry experience, providing a range of services from design planning to new network diagrams, including configuration, testing, deployment scenarios, and related to customer deployment. Single installation. If the customer IT team has completed the preparation for the A10 solution deployment, then a single installation with the A10 service is the best choice. The A10 service support consultant will remotely assist the entire process from project opening to installation completion. (Note: A single installation can be used to install multiple devices, but only one-time configuration. If the enterprise needs to configure 2 or more devices twice, you must purchase 2 single-installation services.)
Customer optimization service
After completing the installation of the A10 device, the customer can obtain additional professional service support by selecting the following service package to ensure optimal network performance.
health examination. This service is used to ensure the correct deployment and optimization of the A10 network. The A10 Service Support Consultant works with the customer IT team to verify the correct way to maximize customer investment by remote or on-site.
start up. The service is the most flexible. When customers encounter problems such as failure, optimization, migration, and strategic planning, they can purchase the service to enable senior A10 service support consultants to assist remotely or on-site. (Note: This service is the only service pack that can be timed continuously, contains different hours of work, and customers can use it when needed.)
